Senator Ellis removed his objection to the motion to advance                                        
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 405(HES) "An Act                                                
relating to reports on school and school district performance; relating                             
to accountability of public schools and school districts; and providing                             
for an effective date" from second to third reading in the same day.                                
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
